I am a co-founder & CTO of skobbler. Our flagship app (Navi 2) is the #1 navigation on iOS in ~10 countries and currently has more then 2 Mio. paid users on iOS and Android. Besides leading the German product delivery team I am also the general manager of our Romanian subsidiary where our team has grown to over 60 people. Traveling every second week to Romania I had the ability to build a lot of experience in how to recruit and build a top-performing development team.
