Karsten Neugebauer was born in Schleswig and studied economics at the University of Hamburg, at Babson College in the USA and in Budapest. As a management consultant at McKinsey and as a manager at Infineon Technologies AG, he gained experience in strategy development, sales and marketing. In 2004, he worked for a German Tech firm which developed technology for electronic ID systems. In 2012 he founded the CAELUM Group, which he later renamed the G2K Group. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the company's development and strategic partnerships.
