Lars is a Partner at Deloitte Digital. He is combining experience in senior management roles in the retail and telecoms industry with senior leadership roles at international strategy consultancies. During his 20 years of business experience Lars has been working at leading European companies, including Roland Berger, Versatel, Swisscom, and PwC. In the past 8 years he has been VP eCommerce at Otto Group as well as managing director of a large Otto Group retail subsidiary.
Lars has end-to-end expertise from digital strategy to hands-on technology implementation, various large-scale implementation experience in eCommerce, CRM, analytics & digital marketing, and building up digital business models.
His focus areas at Deloitte are Consumer Business, Digital Customer Strategy, eCommerce Strategy and Digital Retail. Lars holds a Master in Computer Science and Business Administration and a Ph.D. in General Management.
