Lars has been at HV Holtzbrinck Ventures since its foundation in 2000. Form more than 2 years he was the CEO of Parship and responsible for setting up the company's operations until the subsequent exit. He also initiated the foundation of Experteer, Europe's leading website for premium jobs, and supported Audible.de, Germany's most succesful platform for spoken audio content, until its succesful sale to Amazon. Lars has also been responsible, among other things, for the fund's investments in Thermondo, Wooga and Depop.
