Keatz is operating today 80 virtual restaurants across Europe and is on a mission to become your second kitchen by preparing uncompromising food, which is made for delivery. Prior to Keatz he co-founded the digital loyalty company bonusbox. Before becoming an entrepreneur he worked for the quant hedge fund Quoniam, Rothschild and Waterland Private Equity. He studied econometrics at Maastricht University and as a doctoral student at WHU.
