Tim Schiffers (b.1969) is CEO of PARSHIP ELITE Group (, the leading provider of online dating services in Europe. In his role, he is responsible for the group’s overall strategy, the businesses in Germany, all marketing and communication activities as well as customer services. Tim leads the company together with Henning Rönneberg (COO) and Marc Schachtel (CTO). Tim possesses extensive experience in the strategic and operational management of companies in the areas of online, direct-to-customer businesses and media. Graduating in Business Management from the University of St. Gallen, he started his career in the strategy division of Bertelsmann AG. After developing a number of digital businesses in Germany and abroad, Tim headed up the operational activities of Bertelsmann Direct Group in the UK. He went on to be appointed Managing Director of leading direct marketing agency Wunderman and later became CEO of the international media group adviqo AG. Before joining PARSHIP ELITE Group, he led various optimization and strategy projects for Holtzbrinck Digital.
